Matthew M. Williams, co-founder of 1017 ALYX 9SM as well as Givenchy’s creative director, gives us a glimpse of his upcoming collab with Nike, the ALYX x Nike Air Force 1 Low.
The ALYX x Nike Air Force 1 Low follows up the ALYX x Nike Air Force 1 High collab from 2020, which was highlighted by its unique roller coaster buckle on the ankle strap. Looking to keep things more simple and clean, the ALYX x Nike Air Force 1 Low opts to not use the buckle, instead using minimal hardware that includes the co-branded lace dubrae and on one on the top eyelets. Taking a closer look you will find more co-branding on the lateral ankle, tongue labels, and insoles, while the uppers come in your choice of premium smooth Black or tumbled White leather.
According to Matthew M. Williams, this release/pack is expected to drop sometime in December 2023 for $155 each. Stay tuned for additional images and confirmed release info.
