Reebok and premium British fashion label, Mallet London have revealed a collaborative footwear collection that gets its inspiration from the iconic UK music scene from the 90’s and 2000’s. Dropping later on this month, let’s get a closer look.
The Mallet London x Reebok Collection places the spotlight on two styles that were prevalent on the streets of London while youngsters were growing up in Europe and the rest of the world: the Workout Plus and Classic Leather. The collaboration that brings together two brands found in England reflects on the culture, style and vibe that are at the heart of the city of London. These special iteration of the Workout Plus and Classic Leather were designed with city kids in mind and feature the original Reebok leather in triple black and white colorways. The triple black is a nod to the daily uniform of “noughties” (90s) kids while the all-white is made for nights and weekends. In addition to the classic leather construction, other design features include the signature Mallet London details such as the silver heel clip, metal tongue tab, perforated ‘M’ embossing and London bus ticket keychain.
Retailing for $250 each, the Mallet London x Reebok Collection will be available in unisex sizing at mallet.com
and saksfifthavenue.com beginning November 30th.
