FERRARI TESTAROSSA ALTE PRESTAZIONI HYPERCLASSIC

After capturing our attention with their first Ferrari Testarrosa restomod, Swiss auto builder Officine Fioravanti
have announced a new modern reinterpretation of the iconic car. With
the Hyperclassic concept, Officine Fioravanti wants to take their work
to a new level and elevate the icon from Maranello to the elite ranks of
hypercars with subtle, customized design changes, a performance upgrade
and new suspension components. Incidentally, the concept was christened
“TR Alte Prestazioni,” which means high performance.

The changes to the TR Alte Prestazioni focus primarily on the performance and drivability of the Ferrari. Officine Fioravanti
first of all focused on the position of the driver and the pedals. This
should have a positive influence on the driving experience, as the
driver’s position in particular is a major shortcoming of the
Testarossa. On the chassis side, electronically controlled Öhlins
dampers are used. The ABS system as well as the traction control can be
adjusted by the driver in 12 steps. As for the V12 engine, nothing
remains untouched – cylinder heads, dry sump lubrication, new ECU and
many other measures are supposed to bring the Ferrari to 600 hp. To
increase rigidity, the chassis is also completely revised. Behind the
specially designed 18-inch and 19-inch rims, there is a GT3 brake system
from Brembo. Their goal is to completely rework the car, giving it an
entirely new DNA, from the mechanicals, the electronics, and its overall
aesthetic. They will, therefore, turn the TR into a fully-fledged
hypercar. A Hyperclassic, no less.
