Previewed for a couple of months now, the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Superturf Adventure Jiminy Cricket has finally been given an official release date.
This latest collab between Sean Wotherspoon and adidas is centered around the adidas Superturf Adventure with the help of Disney to release a Jiminy Cricket-themed sneaker.
The Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Superturf Adventure Jiminy Cricket pays homage to the 1940 Disney film Pinocchio. The sneaker starts off with a Purple corduroy upper constructed in a mix of vegan materials that’s then paired up with a handful of colors used on the overlays. Standout features on the sneaker include the Orange on he toe box, sockliner, and removable tongue punch. Other details include the Green Three Stripes, Teal eyestays, and Light Blue on the laces and heel panel. The tongues house an embroidered Jiminy Cricket graphic, while Sean Wotherspoon branding appears on the cork insoles. Lastly, White adiPRENE midsole atop a Pine Green outsole complete the look. A matching shoe box will also be part of the release.
Retailing for $160, look for the Sean Wotherspoon x adidas Superturf Adventure Jiminy Cricket to release on September 25th at select retailers and via adidas Confirmed app alongside matching apparel.
