This new iteration of the A Ma Maniére x Jordan Air Ship once again opts for a simple and subtle appearance consisting of a White leather base offset by the Black accents on areas such as the Swooshes, collar, branding on the tongue tags, and rubber outsole. Finishing details include the White on the tongues, laces, “Nike Air” branded heels, and midsole while A Ma Maniére branding appears on the tongues.

ABOUT THE RELEASE: The one before the one. Contrary to popular belief, the Air Jordan 1 was not the first sneaker Michael Jordan wore in the NBA. The PE version of the Air Ship is actually the first sneaker that Jordan wore in the big leagues. Reason being, Jordan’s signature shoe, the Air Jordan 1, wasn’t quite ready when the season began. So Nike had to modify an existing model, the Air Ship to better suit Michael Jordan’s needs. For those of you that appreciate the history of the Jordan signature line, this is definitely a pair that needs to be part of your collection.
