London’s Printworks is linking up with Defected and Glitterbox for its New Year’s Eve and New Year’s Day parties this year.
On 31st December, it’s the turn of Defected to take over the venue, with DJ EZ making his debut at an event from the label, joined by the likes of Danny Howard, Riva Starr, Sam Divine, Darius Syrossian, Melé and Monki, among others. The following day, Defected’s sister event Glitterbox will take over with Classic Music Company in tow. Across two rooms, they will welcome the likes of Floorplan, Derrick Carter, Kiddy Smile, and Breakbot & Irfane, among others, with the event kicking off at midday and running through until 11pm. Earlier this year, Defected was responsible for bringing some of Todd Edwards’ back catalogue to streaming platforms for the first time.
The label will be partnering with Snowbombing at next year’s edition of the festival.
