Producer MC super-combo Dips & Lo-Wu have gone done it again. The duo have been on team UKHH’s radar since ‘Mirinda‘ caught repeated reloads last autumn. If you don’t know them already, check out their discography to date which weaves effortlessly between garage, hip hop and other musical influences all tied together with a distinct mastery of smooth grooves. ‘The Ride II’ puts them in deeper territory, with moodier instrumental and rapid but more pensive lyricism complete with a nod to ’03’ Bonnie and Clyde’ on the hook. We dig it.
