What’s so good?

In case you weren’t aware, I’ve got a lofi house playlist that I keep pretty up-to-date. Typically I find the genre just a tad too “safe” to feature on the homepage, but occasionally a song breaks the mould and gets to stand on its own two legs in the limelight.Such is the case for Daniel Orpi’s “Amor,” which caught the attention of both my eardrums and fellow Indie Shuffle contributor Dylan. Once you get past the ~1 minute intro, there’s an underlying groove – and a sultry vocal sample – that manages to hook the listener and carry them away on a lovely housey adventure.You’ll find this release via London-based imprint Another Rhythm.
