Galaxy of Heroes Casts a Halloween Spell with the Nightsisters

Some of the spookiest characters and elements of Star Wars arrive in the mobile game Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes today, and we’re happier than a reanimated Nightsister zombie. In celebration of Halloween, EA is hosting a special event called “Ghosts of Dathomir.” With rumors of strange happenings on Dathomir, you must send in your squad to investigate — and take on the dark magick-wielding Nightsisters and their leader, Mother Talzin. If you  destroy their altar (while the powerful Old Daka spawns and resurrects zombies and spectres), you’ll earn Nightsister zombie and spirit shards. (Sounds fine. We’re not scared. You’re scared.) ‘Pet Sematary’ Remake Lands ‘Starry Eyes’ Directors

The Stephen King renaissance is on full blast following the success of IT, so it’s no surprise that Paramount is moving full speed ahead on its new adaptation of his 1983 horror novel Pet Sematary. Variety reports that the studio has hired Starry Eyes directors Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer to helm the remake. Lorenzo di Bonaventura and Mark Vahradian will produce. For those unfamiliar with King’s novel, it follows a family that lives near a Native American burial ground. When their cat dies, they bury in the pet cemetery that’s on top of the burial ground. …
