The latest pair she shared with us is this Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Dodgers” PE. The Nike Kobe 6 Protro “Dodgers” PE gets covered in the storied franchises’ team color as a royal blue covers the snakeskin-textured upper as well as the leather tongues, inner liner, and rubber outsoles. For contrast we see the addition of White on the laces, Swooshes on the side panels, heel counter, midsole, and the Kobe logos on the tongues. For that personalized touch, while also honoring Kobe Bryant, we see Kobe’s number 8 in red in a jersey-style font on the heels along with red stitching on the tongue to resemble the stitching used on a baseball. A Protro version of the Nike Kobe 6 Italian Camo is expected to release next year. The original Nike Kobe 6 Italian Camo made its debut in 2011. This special colorway of the model paid tribute to Italy’s basketball legacy and the late Kobe Bryant. For those that may not know, Kobe’s father, Joe Bryant, played professional basketball in Italy too.
