The original Nike Air Max 1 Urawa dropped way back in 2004 as a Japan-exclusive. Now Nike is set to bring it back in 2023. The 2004 pair paid homage to the Urawa Dragons (aka Urawa Red Diamonds) J League Football Club. The 2023 pair will come modified a but, while still playing tribute to the teams’s kits.

The golf-ready version of the Nike Air Max 1 pays homage to the 1987 Navy/Red release as the sneaker starts off with a White mesh construction on the base of the upper which is then joined by Sail/Cream nubuck on the side panel and heel overlays. For contrast we have the addition of Midnight Navy on the nubuck mudguards and Swooshes as well as the golf-ready outsoles.
