NTS has announced a new amapiano compilation, showcasing new music from the prominent South African subcultural scene. ‘Amapiano Now’ will land on 23rd July.
CRANE DETOMASO PANTERA
Taking inspiration from Carlo Pecino AKA Colorsponge and his spectacular Ferrari 308 Brawler, Daniel Crane from Crane Designs
has given the iconic 1971-1975 DeTomaso Pantera a modern twist. The
Italian machine was one of the greatest supercars ever to be built, and
making an improvement to something which is already perfect is an almost
impossible task, but we think Daniel nailed it in this build. He
maintained the hard-edged wedge shape, but modified and updated some of
the stylings with a more modern approach, while preserving the shapes
and forms that have established it as one of the most revered automotive
designs in history. He also extended the wheel fenders with oversized
flares, stripped out some smaller cosmetic details, and painted
everything black, creating an remarkable modern widebody supercar.
