This is a video of a beautifully choreographed hand ballet by 128 amateur and professional performers in wheelchairs as part of the 2020 Tokyo Paralympic Games closing ceremony. The performance was conducted by French choregrapher Sadeck Waff with musical accompaniment by the Orchestre National de France. It was inspired by the flocking movement of starling birds, which I totally picked up on. What can I say, I’m in touch with the arts. As a matter of fact, I’m so in touch with the arts that– “He’s never not been kicked out of a museum for kissing the statues.” Honey! “What?” I told you, you never know which statue is really a person that’s just been cursed.
