Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Announces its First Wave of Artists for 2018

We are just about three months away from the biggest music business conference and festival in the world, Amsterdam Dance Event. Otherwise known more simply as just ADE. Last year the event saw record numbers across the board and with the buzz for this year I am sure we can expect the same.

Offering a comprehensive array of art, film, photography program, alongside music and the latest trends in technology and social good, ADE has continued to be on the forefront of its industry.

“We’re almost at the point of reaching the magical 400,000 visitors mark, and we still see lots of opportunities to grow. ADE aims to be a world stage for musical talent and the music industry. With visitors from more than 100 countries now you can confidently claim that Amsterdam is truly the beating heart of the worldwide music industry during ADE, while being at the same time a breading ground for cultural and technological innovation for five days and nights.– ADE-director Richard Zijlma

After seeing the first artist announcement for this year’s event it is hard to imagine that there is still more to come. The quality of performers that are already slated to be there showcases just how knowledgable ADE is at curating a perfect event. Among some of those artists are names like Richie Hawtin, Laurent Garnier, Charlotte de Witte, Dasha Rush, Speedy J, SNTS, I Hate Models, Jeff Mills, Vril, Stephan Bodzin, Kobosil, Helena Hauff, Mall Grab, and Kink. To think that that just scratches the surface of not only the first wave but the lineup as a whole is a bit ridiculous but we can’t wait to see what else is in store. To see the whole lineup so far you can check out the flyer below!
