This Nike Air Max 97 Pays Tribute to South Korea

The Nike Air Max 97 is revealed in a new colorway which also pays homage to South Korea in a subtle manner. Officially covered in a mixture of “Pure Platinum/Wolf Grey-White-White,” the pristine pair boasts a white mesh upper that is nicely offset by Wolf Grey and Pure Platinum suede overlays. Additionally, the focal point is directed at the left heel tab which bears 나이키, the Korean spelling of Nike, alongside the year 2002 on the right heel tab. Finally, a white rubber sole featuring the distinct Air Max cushioning rounds out the design.
