The Nike Air Max 90 “Be True” is finally here for Pride Month, as it pays homage to the 50-year anniversary of the Stone Wall uprising and celebrates the late LGBTQIA+ rights activist, and designer of the rainbow flag, Gilbert Baker. The runner’s highlight consists of a rainbow multi-stitched Swoosh logo on its side panels to reflect the LGBTQ flag, while also bearing sockliner graphics that represents the eight colors and meanings from the original flag in 1978. Finally, a white midsole, yellow Air Max unit and pops of teal on the front portion of the outsole completes the design.
