Set to drop this upcoming weekend, here’s out latest look at the Air Jordan 12 Dark Grey. Do you consider this brand new colorway of the model a must-cop?
This version of the Air Jordan 12 comes covered in a nice shades of Grey placed all over the premium suede upper. The suede is then paired up with matching textile leather overlay noted on the forefoot and the shoe. Metallic Gold upper eyelets, a White rubber midsole and hits of Tan on the back pull tabs round out the main features of the shoe.
These are two different zoetrope animations made for the 4-Mation modular 3-D Zoetrope Kit (coming soon to Kickstarter). Once you own the smartphone-controlled spinner and strobe system, the different animations can be produced via a 3-D printer. I’m gonna zoetrope so hard my eyes dry up like raisins!
It’s powered by 24 3Watt RGB LED strobes, precision timed by a microcontroller linked to an encoder motor.
RPM(Strobe-rate), brightness, colour are all controlled from a phone app.
The Android app (4-Mation) is already in the play store, iPhone app is in progress.

How many of you agree with me when I say the Air Jordan 3 you see above will probably end up being the Air Jordan 3 LA (Los Angeles). The reason I think that will be the case is because the colorway of this Air Jordan 3 looks awfully similar to the Air Jordan 9 LA set to drop on or around NBA All-Star Weekend, which happens to take place in Los Angeles, California next year.
The first image of this Air Jordan 3 shoes that the upper-half portion of the model is done in an all-Black colorway. Although it’s hard to tell with this images, that portion of the shoe appears to be made out of a combination of suede/nubuck and patent leather. Contrasting the Black upper are the White leather overlays placed on the elephant print noted on both the heel and toe cap of the shoe. Black laces, a White midsole and what appears to be a Gum/Gold outsole complete the look of the shoe.
During a performance in Miami on Sunday, Jay-Z took some time to discuss NFL players’ National Anthem protests.
“I want y’all to understand, when people are kneeling and putting their fists up in the air and doing what they’re doing, it’s not about the flag, it’s about justice,” the 4:44 rapper said in a video (via TMZ). “It’s about injustice. And that’s not a black or white thing, it’s a human issue.”
