The Nike Air Max 97 is the latest model to get added to Nike’s “Reflective Logo Pack.” Taking a look at this Air Max 97, the sneaker starts off with a White mesh base along with tonal leather detailing on the signature overlays as well as on the mudguards. For a burst of color we see the addition of volt on the laces, insoles, Swooshes on the side panels, heel pull tab, and the full-length Air Max unit on the midsole. The highlight of this Air Max 97 comes on the mudguards where we see retro Air Max logos in grey. Reflective 3M on the overlays and a black and white rubber outsole finish things off on this Nike Air Max 97 that will be dropping soon for $170.
Yet another new colorway of the Nike Air Max 97 “Cork” has surfaced making it the third pair that we’ve seen so far.
Previously reported this past holiday season, an initial look at the purported Nike Air Max 97 “Puerto Rico” has now surfaced online, as it’s suggested to release before or after the 2021 National Puerto Rican Day Parade (June 13).
Following the exclusive 2017 Nike Air Max 97 LX Swarovski “Silver Bullet,” the Swoosh has revived the luxurious theme this year with the Nike WMNS Air Max 97 Swarovski “Polar Blue.” The iconic runner is essentially elevated by the incorporation of dazzling Swarovski crystals across its upper, while a grey mesh base provides a subtle tonal finish. Finally, black accents throughout, a white midsole and the signature full-length Air Max tooling rounds out the design.
