A Supercut Of The 393 Times A Character Said “Some Kind Of…” On Star Trek: Voyager

Because everybody needs a hobby and watching television shows and jotting down timestamps is rewarding enough for some people, this is a ten minutes supercut of the 393 times a character says “Some kind of…” on Star Trek: Voyager. With a total of 172 episodes in the series, that comes out to an average of 2.285 some kind of’s per episode. Clearly the Voyager gang isn’t sure exactly what they’re dealing with a lot of the time. *shrug* I guess that’s what happens when you’re exploring the unknown. Kind of reminds me of– “Every time you’re with a woman?” Exactly. Continue reading

Finally, A Ceiling Fan For People With No Room For A Ceiling Fan

This is a video of a pendant light/ceiling fan combo from the Terna Collection by Kichler. It features small curved fan blades that spin around the exterior of a pendant lamp for places too small for a traditional ceiling fan or just someone who wants their fan to look like nobody else’s. Cool I guess, but do you really not have room for a ceiling fan? Because my apartment is barely big enough to swing a rat, and I have two ceiling fans. “Did you mean cat?” No I did not. Also you really don’t have room for a regular ceiling fan in your place then you need to have a few choice words with your landlord, because they rented you a closet. Continue reading

A Cool 3-D Printing That’s Animated With A Beam Of Light

This is a video demonstration of a 3-D printed animation created by Twitter user Harvey Newman. By pulling the piece of plastic through a light beam it appears as the man is walking. Pretty neat. Maybe not as neat as you, but I’ve always found you fascinating. “What about me exactly?” Just that, unlike any girlfriend I’ve ever had, you continue put up with me. “Yeah, why DO I do that?” *putting index finger to lips* Shhhhhhh — please, just let it happen. ‘The Punisher’ Season 2 Trailer Reveals Frank Castle’s New Mission

Netflix has released the first full-length trailer for The Punisher season 2, which sees Jon Bernthal reprising the role of hyper-violent vigilante Frank Castle. Ben Barnes will return as Billy Russo, as will Daredevil star Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page. Criminal Minds actor Josh Stewart joins the cast as John Pilgrim, a new alt-right, Christian Fundamentalist villain. As far as this trailer goes, it’s fine, I guess. I’ve never really been on board with The Punisher (outside of the delightfully bonkers Punisher: War Zone), so I didn’t really bother with Season 1. I …
